This specialty clinic is designed and committed to help persons suffering from anxiety. The individual’s challenges are assessed, and then specific treatment is implemented. Evidence-based approaches are used in treating anxiety such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

How does someone access our services?
| Step 1: | Call Zach Pacha, lead clinician at 515-243-5181. |
| Step 2: | A brief phone interview will be conducted to gather basic information, and to determine if the specific issue(s) of the individual correspond with services provided. |
| Step 3: | Once a treatment process is agreed upon, two meetings are scheduled to set up payment of fees. (Eyerly Ball accepts many insurance providers. A sliding fee scale is offered to accommodate qualifying individuals.) |
| Step 4: | An evaluation will be completed to determine an individualized treatment process. |
